Children between 6 and 18 years: At this age, regular routines are still needed. As children get older, they have their own lives and their own social media and online activities. So it's a good idea to have an open discussion about what's OK and what's not. So your child can always come to you and tell you what's happening in the online world. You should also talk to your child's school about what they think about screen time during school hours.
